Oil Coolers
Engine and transmission oils are designed to lubricate at very high temperatures. However, once these temperatures are exceeded, the oil loses its effectiveness to lubricate and becomes a lesser lubricant for the movement of mechanical parts within the engine. In order to maintain the optimal lubricating temperature, an oil cooler can be placed within the oil pumping circuit.
